IPAF training, issued by the International Powered Access Federation, is a specialised program focused on promoting safe and effective operation of powered access equipment worldwide. The training courses cover a variety of aspects related to mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), mast climbing work platforms (MCWPs), and construction hoists. Participants learn essential skills such as machine operation, safety protocols, risk assessment, and emergency procedures. The training is designed for operators, technicians, supervisors, managers, installers, demonstrators, and instructors. With over 900 approved training centers globally, completing IPAF training leads to obtaining a Powered Access License (PAL) Card, which is recognised internationally in the industry.
